Thats quite a history lesson! I find that very interseting! Of all of them, I know most about Stanely Kubrick! Great job with this~

The texture and the tones of the red hues are simply astonishing! Great job

I love these spaces - there's much to explore. And the edginess of danger :) + I'm loving the textures and colours.

Thank you Joe. Always wanted to stay at the Chelsea myself...lots of great history.... surrounded by so much of it might be a little rough if you are even a little empathic however! ;)

I don't know if anyone mentiond it before but I think you should mark that in one of Bob Dylan's songs - "Sara" from record "Desire" - is said to be written in the Chelsea Hotel. There're the famous lines:
"Stayin’ up for days in the Chelsea Hotel,
Writin’ “Sad-Eyed Lady of the Lowlands” for you."

"Sad-Eyed Lady of the Lowlands" is a beautiful song of Dylan. Improbable as it is (I mean, Dylan having written the song in the Chelsea Hotel), it does create some atmosphere :)
